I am trying to find John Pryce Davies, Born Newtown, Montgomeryshire 1869, and his wife Catherine Ann Ellis, and their children, who emigrated to Canada in 1911, and particularly John Pryce Davies, the son, Born Meifod, Montgomeryshire 1892, who it is thought enlisted in the 129th (Wentworth) Battalion in Canada in 1915, as part of the Canadian Expeditionary Force that came to England.

Dear Shirley, thank you so much for all the information you have sent me. I do have about half of it, but you have sent me the important bits, like addresses of where people lived.
However, I have tried and tried in the past to view the Voters Lists, but I can't find a link for them. If you could send me a link to the Canadian Voters List, it would be really helpful.
What does the below section mean in your replies to me? Would you like me to look for the surname of Fahse for you, as I work with the British Births, Marriages and Deaths.
Researching: Surname Fahse. Germany. Essex .South East London My avatar is my Michael at his 80th birthday lunch in March 2014
Many thanks again Jean

Dear Shirley, thank you again for all the new information you have sent me, but for your own understanding, the names of the children you can't decipher in the 1921 census are: Emeal is Ernest Gladus is Gladys; and Wenifred is Winifred
Yes, John Pryce Davies' name was wrong in Ernest's marriage details. In the UK 1911 census, for "The Stables, Woodcote Hall, Newport" (Shropshire), John's middle name is definitely written as "Pryce" but, from the way it is written, I can see how someone would mis-read it. John is with Thomas Powell at The Stables, and for his occupation someone had written "Chauffeur", then crossed through it and put "Motor Car Driver".
