As there is no way of knowing if the year of birth is accurate this may/may not be him. Also there is no second initial but it may not have been known. The nearest Frederick only Iles b to 1876 was Dec Q 1877 Wiltshire |

the Frederick born in 1874 in Ramsbury , his parents were John and Eleanor and he married a Lois Malinda Lee. he is most likely the Surrey death in 1921. |
