Edmund Iles born 1843 Hanham Bristol. Parents Isaac and Mary Iles. On the 1901 census Edmund is married to Eliza. On FreeBMD their is a marriage entry for Edmund Iles and Eliza Rogers in 1894 Bristol which shows on the 1911 census they had been married for 16 years.

Also on the 1901 census there are 2 children Laura L born 1880 and Urban born 1885 both born in Bedminster.


On the GRO Record site it appears the children's mother's maiden name was Parker. but can I find a marriage for Eliza Parker and a Mr Rogers in the Gloucestershire/Somerset areas, no, found 2 elsewhere in 1862 W London and in 1865 in Newark.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks. I was looking at it from a different angle thinking the 2nd wife was Edmund's 1st wife. Also finding it difficult to find Edmund on the 1891/81 census on FMP, very likely will go in now and find the 2 census straight away. Thank you for your help.
