Hi - I have Elizabeth Barrow, daughter of William and Esther (nee Kirkman) born c. 1848 in Abram, Lancs.
1861 census has William 32 Collier, Esther 37, Elizabeth 13, Maria 7, Ellen J 5 and Nancy living in Hindley.
1871 has everybody except Elizabeth living at 31 Old Road, Failsworth. Maria, Ellen and Nancy subsequently marry in 1878, 1879 and 1878 respectively.
Cannot link up possible marriages - she worked as Doffer in Cotton Factory in 1861. Father was Collier/Coal Miner.
Any suggestions welcome.
Phil
Thank you
