There is this birth(if correct person) in the same place as marriage. For detail you need to oder the cert from Scotlands people, you can't view on line.

She is on the electoral rolls to 2014 with Andrew and a Mary Seatter

Still in Orkney same address for 35 years

But as it's her parents info you want them it's buying her birth cert or their marrige cert

If it’s Williamima’s parent names you need, they will be listed on the marriage cert.
It will be available online from Scotland’s People, costing 6 credits which equates to £1.40

Williamina's marriage is too recent to view online. You would need to order a copy of the certificate as only marriages that took place more than 75 years ago can be viewed online.

I viewed the marriage certificate at Register House and have sent a PM to Caza with the requested info.

Looks likely that the 16yr old bride( at 1954) will still be living
