I now have the marriage certificate for William Barber & Emma Hayes.Which say's: Both of Dryden street( Number 2) and that Emma's father is william Hayes (Factory ..Something..Can't make head nor tail

They have to be closely connected though as the adress of 2 Dryden street where James + Eliza + family are in 1851 is the same as that given for both William and Emma on their marriage cert in 1854 ??? :-S

Emma did state on her marriage to William in 1854 that her father is William hayer

Emma Hayes age 19 of Oldham Road dad James Hayes an Agent married 25/12/1858 to John Higgin.
witness's were Isaac Richardson Hayes and Sarah Ann Higgin.

Is this not the one with parents James and Eliza nee Richardson posted earlier on Dryden street.

William had a daughter with jane henshall..AND .She was born 1882 in Salford her name was Florence edith barber

There is also this death that fits with birth year, but seems unlikely as it seems to be a marine death (navy?):-

Charles barber married Elizabeth walker 19th September 1863 st peter, Manchester.fathes name john barber mechanic
