Story has it that my 2xgreat grandparents, Thomas Carson, b1854 & Jessie (Nee Spiers), b1856, had twins, but who ultimately 'died in her arms when young'. |

Looking at GRO index there don't seem to be any births reg Carson Spiers between Catherine and Maria. |

Nothing to do with Jessie and Thomas - but just to say, in searching for their possible twins, I came across a set of parents (Carson/Harrison) who had three sets of twins within 3 years, in Newcastle upon Tyne. Four of the babies died at birth or very shortly after. Poor parents! |
