Not necessarily, Carol - there was more than one George Page of about the right age in Suffolk, either butchers or poulterers or both.

Maybe this is a possibility ?
George Page in the 1891 England Census Name: George Page Gender: Male Age: 48 Relationship: Lodger Birth Year: 1843 Birth Place: Debenham, Suffolk, England Civil Parish: St Peter Residence Place: Ipswich, St Peter, Suffolk, England Sub registration district: Ipswich Western ED, Institution or Vessel: 15 Neighbors: View others on page Piece: 1468 Folio: 12 Household Members: Name Age Matilda Smith 37 Alice Maud Smith 9 George Wm Smith 7 Rose Eden Smith 5 George Page 48 - butcher and dealer, married Phabe Laean 71
Or maybe not! think I'll give up on this!

George Page in the 1861 England Census Name: George Page Age: 16 Estimated birth year: 1845 Relation: Lodger Gender: Male Where born: Debenham, Suffolk, England Civil Parish: Ipswich St Matthew Town: Ipswich County/Island: Suffolk Country: England Street address: Occupation: Condition as to marriage: View image Registration district: Ipswich Sub-registration district: St Matthew ED, institution, or vessel: 6 Neighbors: View others on page Household schedule number: 133 Piece: 1161 Folio: 111 Page Number: 21 Household Members: Name Age Joseph Pooley 26 Mary Ann Pooley 27 Joseph Pooley 5 Hannah Pooley 1 George Page 16 - fowl dealer Samuel Page 20 Henry Page 18 William Pooler 24 Sarah Pooler 24
I don't see a marriage to Matilda.
On the other hand I don't see him in 1871, the only census when Elizabeth's husband is with her.
There were far too many George Pages in Suffolk involved in butchery or the poultry business!

According to George's probable death record, he was born c1845, and according to 1871 census, born c1843 in Ipswich.
This might perhaps be him in 1861. I THINK his occupation is given as Dealer in Fowl:
George Page in the 1861 England Census Name: George Page Age: 18 Estimated birth year: 1843 Relation: Son Father's name: George Page Mother's name: Lousia Page Gender: Male Where born: Crowfield, Suffolk, England Civil Parish: Crowfield County/Island: Suffolk Country: England Street address: Occupation: Condition as to marriage: View image Registration district: Bosmere Sub-registration district: Coddenham ED, institution, or vessel: 7 Neighbors: View others on page Household schedule number: 60 Piece: 1155 Folio: 91 Page Number: 10 Household Members: Name Age George Page 50 Lousia Page 41 Harriet Page 21 George Page 18 Walter Page 16 Herbert Page 13 Fredick Page 11 Arthur Page 8 Ebenezer Page 5
And 1851:
George Page in the 1851 England Census Name: George Page Age: 8 Estimated birth year: abt 1843 Relation: Son Father's name: George Page Mother's name: Louisa Page Gender: Male Where born: Crowfield, Suffolk, England Civil Parish: Crowfield Phillimore Ecclesiastical Parish Maps: View related Ecclesiastical Parish County/Island: Suffolk Country: England Street address: Occupation: Condition as to marriage: Disability: View image Registration district: Bosmere Sub-registration district: Coddenham ED, institution, or vessel: 9 Neighbors: View others on page Household schedule number: 43 Piece: 1797 Folio: 180 Page Number: 11 Household Members: Name Age George Page 37 Louisa Page 32 Harriett Page 12 Alfred Page 10 George Page 8 Walter Page 5 Herbert Page 3 Frederick Page 7 Mo

1871 and 1881 censuses for Annie are posted on page 4, and she is with James in 1901 and 1911 - also posted previously.
Her parents' marriage cert should tell you more about them - copied again here:

Also Annie's probable birth cert (copied here from page 4) will give more info:
