Update on George Maskerry [correct surname spelling]. He died aged 43 of a shotgun wound to the head. Inquest couldn't decide whether it was an accident or not; at the time, he had one of his young children on his knee to help tie its shoelaces! Have found his handsome headstone.

I've found WTM in 1901 living as a stepson with the family Sturgess. This makes sense as the other witness to the marriage is Eliza Ann Sturgess.

We have her marriage to Ernest George Worthington in 1898 but cannot find her in the 1891 census.
Her father was George Maskerry, deceased at the time of her marriage.
One of the witnesses to the marriage is William Thomas Maskerry, but cannot find him either in 1891. Guess her might be a brother ... ??
Her dob is +/- 1977 in or near Whittington, Staffordshire.
