I am still trying to go down the Gladden line and would appreciate some more help please. I have a Wiiliam John Kendall who married an Elizabeth , well I presume they married, I just can't find a marriage for them. I have found William under different spellings of his name plus he mostly goes under name of John , regarding Elizabeth I have looked on the Gro and found some of their children , all under different spellings of mother, as being Gregory, Greigy ,.Griggy, I am unable to find William or Elizabeth in the 1841 census before they had their children. Many thanks if you could help me out.

When were the children born, please? And where?
