Ship left Plymouth June 1880 - listed together are Mrs. Butler (age 42), Miss Butler (22),John Lanigan (8) and his sister Anne Lanigan (7). Would like to know any connection ? Children's parents had died and brought to relations in Victoria -appears accompanied on ship by the Butlers. Possible connections could be Charles Butler MD had medical hall at 53/54 Sackville (now O"Connell) St., Dublin OR Edward Butler married to Mary Lanigan 12/2/1833 (8 children born 1835-56). BIll. |
