Mothers maiden name is Bishop - from the birth registration posted.

Can't find a marriage Heath to Bishop in England Wales, so either -
married elsewhere or a second marriage for the mother so marriage not in name of Bishop.

Also not seeing Gilbert John on the 1911 census

His mother's maiden name is Bishop according to the birth registration.
