A tree on Ancestry (for whatever that's worth ) says Henry's parents were Elizabeth Frances Smith and Harry Moore, but I can't see any such marriage.

It doesn't mention siblings for Henry.

And goodness know where the Kelly name comes in.

This is the only Sidney Moore birth I can see with mms Smith in London area - but middle name George, not Harold:
