I have put this on this site because it applies to looking for family:
Are any of you having trouble singing in now to Family Search:
Since they have made people create an account I have not been able to get access:
I know that my user name and password are correct but still can not get access:
I would be interested to know if any of you are having a problem:

I signed in yesterday with no trouble, ticked the box to remain signed in for two weeks, and am indeed still signed in today.

I created my account years ago, but never bothered to sign in until now that they've made it a requirement.

Researching:

I have never signed in - I didn't know you had to!

I have just tried and got in as usual with no trouble. Are there extra records you can see if you have an account?

Thanks for your replies, I finally got in late last night: I think maybe there was a glitch in the system at the time I tried:

I don't think that you can see any extra records, Andysmum: They have just said that in future if you want to access the records, that you have to have a free account and sign in:

When you sign in you can opt to stay signed in for two weeks:

This is my second week of trying,even tried to open a new account but still can't get in to it. Tried contacting them but got nowhere. What annoys me is that I have been a member for quite a few years now.
