I'm trying to find this person's parents. He was born 1856 but I can find no entry on the 1861 census return. He appears on the 1871 census but not living with his parents. I believe he was born on the Wirral. Thanks for any help. I actually just need his father's details as I'm trying to trace the Yorke line back.
