Find Ancestors

following on from my post last night

I am certain my only way forward at present is to find the marriage of
Constance Peggy Dalton and Thomas E Day - probably around Willesden area in about 1946

She may be down as Peggy or Constance but I really cannot see it.
I need this to see what she has put for her Father's name (I think she maybe actually Constance Parkhouse) ive tried searching Day/parkhouse too

I have found two Day Children MMN Dalton -but no marriage as yet. (THanks guys for your earlier help)

id be grateful for more eyes as i really have spent hours and several different sites - and I must go and do something other than this before kids get home!

There are earlier Day Dalton children in Willesden? 1940/42 and 46.

Averil born 42 probably married 69 to surname Dean, 2 boys born Brent 1970 & 73

'If' the Thomas E Day on the 1939 reg in Willesden is the same one it is possible he wasn't free to marry?

There are four Day/ Dalton births in Willesden 1940- 1950

Mablee on that 1939 is actually Mollie.

Mollie and Thomas Edward are living at the same address (as the 1939 register) in 1938 and are listed on the electoral register.

In 1934 Mollie and Thomas Edward at living 3 Christchurch Ave, Willesden

In 1935- 1937 Mollie and Thomas Edward are living at 29 Vicarage Road, WIllesden.

I don't see Mollie in Willesden after 1939

and would certainly explain why there doesn't appear to be one!

where are you looking at electoral roll? im on findmypast and they seem to have nothig from about 1940 - 2002 - very disppointing

i just wondred if i check the date of birth on Thomas on ER against the possible death DOB

The London electoral rolls to about 1965 ( excluding war years when there were none taken) are on Ancestry.

I can't spot a marriage to Mollie either? Wondered if Thomas reversed his first names, but still can't see anything.
This seems to be the most likely birth based on the 1939 reg info
