I am seeking the baptism of Percival Victor Jeorrett WAY s/o Charles Uraih WAY and Sarah Jane WAY (nee JEORRETT). Percival was born 09 Aug 1887. On the 1891 census the family were in Kinson Park Poole.
Any help with the baptism much appreciated.

Various "coded " notes on there, initials, numbers, etc, which mean nothing to me.
However, can make out he was a S.Sgt in the RFA - then S Sgt is scored out and FTR Sgt written above. 2nd Lieut in the RGA. Eligible for 1915 Star. Commissioned November 1917.
Application for medals: 20/02/1922.
