A separation order was granted to Marie Schenkel, Belgraveroad, at the Birmingham Police Court yesterday from Robert Schenkel, carrying on business as masseur at 10, The Crescent, her husband, on ground of desertion, maintenance being fixed at 10s a week but no order being made as to the 3 children in the case.
