Sarah was evidently still using the name Oakley for Richard born 1891 ( after the 1891 census I assume) |

This is curious, Sarah's details match 1901 as do her 2 sons Herbert and George but the surname is Brown and she seems to be married to William Brown. Edward Drew is a boarder. |
