I don't think the older children are Samuel's. Although Sarah used her maiden surname when she married him, she had been married before.
Here's Hannah's birth

If the 1881 census is right then Samuel and Sarah had 4 daughters before they married in 1875 and Samuel was with his parents John and Elizabeth Wallis in 1871 as a single man.
Will have to work some more on this tomorrow.
Wendy.

Lavinia has stated married 10 years, 3 children born and 3 children living but it has been crossed out. Perhaps she and William have gone their own ways.

I'm not seeing William either but it looks like the correct family as the street name in the article is the same as the 1891 census. In the article William is aged 11 years.

Hi rootgatherer,
Thank you so much that's great, I do have both Samuel's and Sarah on 1891 census living on Water Street but no William. William and Sarah did have 3 other children but they all died at just a few weeks old but have not found a William.

Hi Andrew,
Thank you I do have a copy of the marriage, I do have Sarah with son Samuel on 1901 census in Nottingham, not sure where Samuel senior was but I think that there is some reports in Nottingham newspaper in 1895 abt cruelty to children by Sarah but I need to go into Nottingham Library to look them up to see if it was my Sarah.
