Finding someone who was adopted?

This is a bit of a long shot but on my face book page a lady is trying to find her sister that was adopted she was born Jennifer Ann Williams in London 1945, the lady who wants to find her is ill and has been trying to find her for years any help here please? |

If she can afford it, she could use an intermediary service. They are authorised to access the adopted persons records & approach them. They aren't allowed to give out new names or contact details without the adoptees permission |
