But the thing is I had quite forgotten that I had never found her on the 1901 census

There is no record of her in 1939

I've looked at all Adas with birth date 20 July 1894

That Canadian passenger list in 1914 is not her, she was 40 years old, born 1874.

this must be the death of ada's mother the age for mary jane 32yrs in 1901 census must be wrong as she married in 1882 her age would have been 13yrs if born in 1869 must have been born 1864
