Going back that far I've found some major errors in the transcripts - the registers often recorded all BMD events by year, and a number I've checked have been mis-transcibed under the wrong category. Understandable, looking at the original registers and the headings, not always clear when they stopped recording marriages and moved onto burials (or christenings for that matter). |
