	Did you actually pay someone only to be told that YOU yourself should search the Poplar Board of Guardians, when the information was easily found on FreeBMD?? This is the Freebmd entry ........ Deaths Dec 1872 (>99%) Barker Charles Edward 2 Stepney 1c 295 Malyon found the death on another site .............. but also easily found!

Member Since: May 2012 Posts: 329 Send Message	i paid a researcher who said i should search of the available poplar board of guardians record for any indication of where charles barker can be found between 1871 and 1890 as he was not with his mother for the 1881 census it is extremely likely he was still in the care of the board of guardians this is charles edward barker 13th dec 1869 at poplar union workhouse he was one of twins whom was strath elizabeth they were the illegitimate children of rose ann barker who was admitted to the workhouse on 19th nov 1869 she was 22
