No that is not his marriage.
It was at Magwan by Pydar 2 May 1782 to Catherine Harris.
The 1841 link is Sabby (Sally) Tippet in Kea Cornwall. With her is a child Catherine Basset age '15'.
I think Catherine is the niece of Sally/Sarah Basset (on marriage record)
Name seems to be Bosisto originally, all baptisms at Helston, Cornwall.
William maybe Sarah's brother, date of his death would help explain Catherine in 1841 census.
Complicated I know after 10 years trying!!!

After a huge brick wall I have finally identified a child in 1841 census called Catherine Basset. Her father William Bisset in on Ancestry as buried in India. Could some kind person with International look him up? Wife also called Catherine.
This would help me with my gg grandmother who is probably her aunt! - Sarah Bosisto/Basset
Lots of thanks and Merry Xmas
