Rootgatherer - apart from Dorset Road as posted above, the otherone was
14 Lansdowne Gardens, Lambeth.
Edward Wallis c1872 lived there from 1945-1949 when he died.

Nicki is trying to find out where he was in 1939. The Dorset Road was a previous 1935 address given on his wife's DC.

i was just going to look at 27 Dorset Road and 14 Lansdown Gardens, but Detective has let me know how to do it and Edward Wallis is not at either of those addresses in 1939 x

He's not at Dorset Road. I can't even find no 14 Lansdowne Road. They seem to be Odd numbers only.
If you have access as part of a full FMP sub, you could go through each image to see if you can find it. There are 17 images listed.

How about this - surname looks like Wallace on image but I'm liking his occupation.
