I was told that once recorded in the register it couldn't be moved. Regardless of whether it was a bigamist wedding. |

my land lady married a bigamist and the marriage is not on bdm it must mean that the marriage does not excite perhaps thats why yoy cannot find your grandmothers marriage to alfred smith |

We found a report of the bigamous marriage for the parents of the person I was helping in The Yorkshire Post (well someone else found it actually). |
