Dea, it says married November twelth - one day out to the marriage cert.

there are 3 john fisher's born 1878 sunderland and none with a middle name

Later on in the records gives the date of his marriage in Nov. 1914 (no details of wife) and says that he has 2 illigitimate children - a boy of 12 months and a girl of 3 years. (no names given)

That was dated Nov / December 1914.

that's what I said in my first post the 1911c says married 8 years but the cert I have says didn't marry till 1914 !! that's why im asking you all for help ..

I'm puzzled. Isn't this him in 1911 already married to Sarah? It says they've been married 8 years and had 3 children who all died.

my grandfather was also a john fisher on his birth cert 13.11.1911 it states mother sarah ann fisher formerly Thompson his father as dock labourer and gives add of 35 malings rig ( looking at info I think this was his grandparents sarahs mothers house )

his wedding cert states his father john fisher dock labourer as deceased

the opening post says he is living with wife Catherine on the 1911 although he married a Sarah Ann
