I am trying to trace my great grandfather John Whittington. My only knowledge of him is his name on my grandfather's (Reuben Arthur Whittington, b. c1878, m. 1902, d. 8th April 1924) wedding certificate. Herein John was said to be a fitter. Other than the Whittington family lived in Birmingham in the late 19th and early 20th century, I have no other knowledge of John. Neither can I trace Reuben Arthur Whittington's birth record. |
