If that is his Service Records, he was discharged in 1916 as he was not longer fit for war service as he had contracted syphilis.

His pension was to be 8d a day from 1918 but there is another address in the marriage part of the form, 4 School Hall Lane, Bury St Edmunds and underneath it reads that Pension was rejected. It is very faint and I have no idea why it is in the marriage part of the record but that is all that is written.



This may be his death or it could be the Frederick with mother Mary Ann.
