Im trying to find what happened to Frederick Hammond born about 1876 In Bury St Edmunds to Ann Hammond. He was born in the Thingo union workhouse, in Bury St Edmunds. He is showing up in the 1881 census aged 5. after this I can't find him, so whether he died. In a bible that was in my mothers family, it said in front cover Fread Hammond gone away and the date February 21st 1896. Then Fread Hammond goin to south Affrica February 17th 1902, so whether this is the same gentleman? If anyone can help I would be most grateful. |

No don't think this is the right family. Fredericks mother is Ann Hammond, and he was born in the workhouse. |
