It's all speculation until Matt comes back with some details ;-) ;-) Not pursuing this any further for the time being

Just a comment in passing:
Occasional Copy: D means that changes/corrections to the original registration were made four times.
They could be very minor changes, but we'll never know what they were, or when they were made, without seeing the cert.

1921
Institution name Croydon Union Homes For Children 4 Pawsons Road Croydon
The boy is 13 years of age, which, if accurate, means his birth would have been before 19th June 1908
If we are to help Matt, he needs to add more info.

Birth:
FULLER, WILLIAM GEORGE - GRO Reference: 1909 M Quarter in CROYDON Volume 02A Page 283
1911 census posted on page 1.
In 1921 George and Emily, with sons Walter and Charles E, are living in Tottenham. William isn't with them.
George died in Finsbury reg district in 1931
In 1921 there's a William Fuller, 1908, born Penge, listed alone in Croydon. I can't tell if that's the right person or not, though it looks very likely. Maybe someone with a sub to FMP will spot further clues in the record.
William Fuller is such a common name that it's impossible to tell from online records who (or if) he married, or when he died.

How have you worked back to this man? Who did he marry?
Deborah never apparently returned to this thread - she certainly didn’t post any thanks for the help given.

Does anyone have more information on the past thread? William Fuller, Emily's son was most likely my great grandfather.

I have asked Deborah to return to her ELIZABETH MARY ALLEN thread where the info given by her was completely wrong ...
there does appear to have been an earlier GEORGE WILLIAM JENDEN thread that google is reporting but not showing
Deborah you need to get a little better sorted on how to use the boards ... offer the information you have (not guesses), read the replies, answer questions ... and not post more than one thread about the same thing.
