I am trying to find out information about Edith Kathleen Kilpatrick who was born in Durban,South Africa about 1916.

Edith's parents were William Kilpatrick & Fanny Thorpe.

If my research so far is correct Edith married a gentleman by the name of David Lawson Baird in Durban in 1939.

David Lawson Baird originally came from Scotland.

I am told that Edith was named after Edith Cavell the nurse who was executed by the Germans as a spy in World War 1

I am trying to find what became of Edith & did she have a family with David Baird.

Any assistance would be appreciated as I seem to have come to a dead end
