The LDS records are from the Church of Latter Day Saints (Mormons). There must have been a descendant of the family who was a LDS member. They go through a process of baptising their ancestors into the LDS Church even though they're long dead. |

Certainly looks right with the names and the fact that it is all in Toxteth. Maybe Agnes thought she had been born in Liverpool as the younger children were. Interesting to see the Scottish connection as Currie is a very Scottish name too. |

I wonder where Agnes was really born? On a later census she gives Liverpool as her place of birth. |

So sorry Beverly. I didn't notice the date at the top of the census and of course I see it is my James's family when I look closely. Think I am getting mixed up as I have spent hours on this research for a friend and have managed to get back to the 1600's with 3 grandparents but had drawn a complete blank with James Currie, the4th. With the help of all you good people I can now progress and hopefully complete his family tree. My best regards and thanks to you all. Wendy |

Thanks Beverly but I don't think these are my Currie's as there is no James Currie among the children. Regards Wendy |

Hi Gins. That's back another generation so I am really going to be on a roll now. Thanks so much. I don't suppose you know what the LDS things mean? Regards Wendy |
