I need help again Please I am looking for the addressor addresses of Thomas Ley who married Caroline May in 1916 Topsham Devon England. The bought a house in the Strand Topsham 1940-1941 but where did they live between 1916 and 1940/41.

Did they have children before 1940 ?if so there should be an address on any birth certs

Thanks everyone they married in 1916 in Topsham might be register St Thomas Exeter they bought Caroline's mother's house about 1940/41 when her mother died. Does anyone have privvey to 1921 census I think they were in Topsham just dont know where,

No-one has access to the 1921 census. Perhaps you could try historical electoral registers held at Devon Heritage Centre

George Henry May was my g-grandfather. Not sure who Elizabeth May in Follet Rd was but will check. Should have said my grandmother called Mary Elizabeth Newman living 12 The Strand when she died in 1940, can you look and see what her effects were worth please i'm just interested.This the house her daughter bought, I was looking for address of Caroline before she lived there but any info appreciated.
