I think it is there is no sign of Fred in the 1891 census or later ones 1901 census his son is living with Freda sister Caroline and family (Robson) 1911 James is married and his daughter is called Isabella.
James says he was born Blackhill an area near to where Fred and Isabella married


Just another mystery Josephine and the other other children are not on any other Zip census like their mother Isabella
