I have been trying to trace my late Aunt's birthplace and the dates and places of her two (?) marriages. She had the married surnames of both "Strange" and "Scragg" but I can find no trace of either her birth (believed to be Knaresborough district) or any of her (supposed) marriages. She had a son in Cardiff - Anthony b/12/4/1931(now deceased). Her father Sydney Fisher B/ Walthamstow March 1887 and her brother ,my late Father, David B/Harrogate 1/9/1909. But curiously absolutely no trace of Elizabeth (later Bessie). Can anyone help please? |
