Wendy, its very kind of you to offer, I will go to our local library and see if they have what i am looking for. I know they have some, but I don't think they come as far forward as the ones at Nottingham, I think they are only up to 1900 or so. |

Thank you Chris Ho, for this extra info, another mystery now as I have the Jesse born in 1915 marrying Beatrice Calvert. Looks like I have a lot of things to take a closer look at before I can continue. |

You could do with buying Jess and Edith's marriage cert for the age of the groom. That would tell you if he is the 1870 or 1892 version and also his father's name. |

Mike, am not sure but 1871 shows Charles Bingham 37,married to Elizabeth Antcliffe, she is 33, Children Jane 11, **William** 9, Maria 6, Benjamin 2 and JESS 0, so I think william is Jess's older brother?? |
