I think this might be Sarah just before the marriage. Father is listed as a Wool Stapler which is someone trading in wool. The marriage has her father as a Wool Merchant |

Richard was a merchant according to his marriage "full age" and a widower, but as he is not with Julia on the 1861 census it's difficult to know his age and place of birth. |

I think you're missing a child, on 15/7/1866 Thompson Fairfax was christened, along with Russell Fletcher Webster age 2.5years. The address given was Chigwell House, Redhill, and fathers occupation states "gentleman" christened at St Matthews, Redhill. |
