There's not a death that I can see in Yorkshire that matches his birth? Do you have the death certificate that you refer to?

Unfortunatly George was married 3 times, and on each of the certificates James
occupation was diferent " railway engine driver " " Lab " " non " dec on all.
none of his wifes knew anything about the Taylor's.

He died in Yorkshire 1970.
Unfortunatly as we didnt know at the time anything about his details we were told to guess, so the death certificate is no help at all, as its wrong.

From the information I posted Catherine states that the occupation was different on all 3 marriage certificates....

If George married your husband's mother, his father's occupation will be stated on their marriage certificate

The James H Taylor in 1901 census was a mineral water bottler .
Does that in any way match the occupation shown on George's marriage cert ?

On his (George's) wedding certificate what information is there about his Father?
