Maybe he was an only child

Hello All

I am looking for details of living relatives of David Moore born 1939-40 ( scarborough ) who was my neighbour for many years he was a very private man and the few people that attended his funeral new of no living relatives. As I asked them all. I have regular contact with his step sister Barbra who is in her 80s but she can not remember any family. David died on 22nd april 2011 aged 71 he was cremated on 11th may 2011. I would be very grateful for any help in finding any family for Barbra.

Will leave it for now until Lorraine returns and gives specific detail of what she is looking for.

Confirms he married Florinda Elizabeth Guise 30 Oct 1910 in Scarborough and children Ernest Francis was born 4 May 1912 and Enid Eleanor born 4 Feb 1914, both Scarborough.

There's no way I'm going to try to transcribe the 77 pages.

Could this be the parent's marriage?

According to a tree on Ancestry, Florinda Elizabeth Guise born c1883 Castle Morton, Worcs and Ernest Rupert Moore b 1882 Scarborough were parents to Ernest Francis Herbert Moore (1912 - 1993) and Enid Eleanor Moore (1914 - 2003)

If you are working backwards, have you found Enid's birth reg, and the marriage of her parents? No one really wants to repeat searches for info you already have
