As Patchem says........I have family called Jeremiah and Jeremy and they are Jem. Never seen James as such (in my tree)

I am helping a friend we are pretty sure the family have traveller or gypsy
ancestors .

Louisa Lee did'nt marry until 1932 but her and her husband William Rumsey
had a child 1902

have ordered the marriage cert . but just testing the water to see what I may find
on the Travelling Lee's they do tend to disappear and not on censuses
