How have you got back to James? Is he a direct ancestor? I so, which of his children are you descended from? If he married, his marriage cert will give his father's occupation which would help identify him on the census.

Birth dates on the school records can be wrong as I have found several that are incorrect

I only know his fathers name " James Taylor ", and they lived at 57 Stockwell Green.
I can not find any Taylor's living at that address either befor or after 1904.
I do not know his father's occupation.
I do not know were he was born, so the census dose not help, the one's I have found on the 1901 and 1911, thier birth dates were wrong.
Thank you
Cathy

The address from the image was 57 Stockwell Green. George left St Michael's school to go to Stockwell Road.

Cathy, what is this brick wall stopping you from finding? How did you connect to George?

This might have been his previous school and surrounding area:

When you say that you can find no Taylors living there before or after that date, do you mean in the 1901 and 1911 censuses, or on ER's?

Could you give us the address and the parents' names etc?

Thank-you

Added:
If you look at the image you will see that he only started at the school in 1904, and was previously at a school in Hackford Rd (?), so he has moved around...
