Elizabeth is born 1861 per the 1901 census (Thomas George must be away somewhere): SCOTT, Elizabeth Wife Married F 40 1861 Dressmaker Hackney, London SCOTT, Louise Daughter F 8 1893 Hackney, London Piece: 360 Folio: 9 Page: 10 Registration District: St Saviour Southwark Civil Parish: Christchurch Southwark Address: 94, Ponsonby Buildings, Christchurch Southwark County: London (The address matches that of Louisa's baptism)

(Her birth certificate would give you Elizabeth's maiden name which is going to be needed in order to find out more about her).
