Hi Maureen. sorry but i got the name wrong. the right name is Alice Maryan. I am not sure of her date of birth, her Father was Richard Maryan and Mother Elizabeth Scott,she was born in London. I believe her date of birth could be 1901. I would like to know if she married and the name of her husband, sorry i gave you the wrong details. and thank you for your trouble. Colin. |

Hello Colin, it would have been useful if you had mentioned that Webb connection at the outset. |

My Mother was Louisa Elizabeth Scott, she often spoke about the Webb name so I guess she was born with that name. I suppose now that I should research that name. |

You really wonder if she finally talked him into it: |

This appears to be Thomas George's first marriage: |
|||
|
MarieCeleste | Report | 29 Jul 2013 21:04 |
On the 1911 census it says that Thomas George and Elizabeth were married 26 years, that appears to be a fabrication. That marriage would have been around 1885 and clearly Thomas is a widower without a wife around in 1891 and 1901. |
