The actual parish record for that baptism states the father as Uriah - it's been mistranscribed as Josiah :-) |

Plumstead makes sense as my husband's family were from that area. I guess the various spellings of the name are understandable and the Irish Uriah McGee is the same as the later Plumstead one. |
