Keoghoe - Irish? I cannot find the connection

My maternal grandfather was Albert Keoghoe b1889 in Bethnal Green. I had always understood he was Irish and born in Dublin. This was why no research had been done on him. My grandmother was Alice Maud Gladden b1893. |
