The occupation on Alviegal's post can probably be taken as machinist, I've no idea what "jordarb" is on this one, neither has google translate.

To be honest Susanne - I don't know much about Swedish research so can only suggest sites like FamilySearch, someone who knows more may have a better idea. If you google Swedish Genealogy there are all sorts of sites come up.

I'll still keep looking around in case anything useful turns up.
