Hi thanks for your help i have very limited information as my grandmother and other relatives have RIP..My grandmothers maiden name was rowan her mother was a hennessey .. my grandmother had a brother john, sister ann f, a brother vincent, and i think a brother called frank...i could not get further back than this i did not know there fathers name or mothers christian name :-)

The couple Rowan / Hennessey posted has possible children:-

James, William, Frank, Wilfred, Mary and Vincent!

I presume you mean that a Hennessey married a Rowan, which one was the father's surname?

Have you looked on FreeBMD for a possible marriage between those names?
