I am awaiting a reply from a message I have sent to a lady who has same people in her tree on ancestry

MarieCeleste

MarieCeleste Report 7 Apr 2013 19:41

Right, I see - I was puzzled as to why you'd asked for help but if you've just upgraded it now makes sense.

Mark

Mark Report 7 Apr 2013 19:40

Yes I upgraded today...... thought it best as I have a lot of distant family abroad

MarieCeleste

MarieCeleste Report 7 Apr 2013 19:36

Mark - do you have worldwide Ancestry access?

Mark

Mark Report 7 Apr 2013 19:33

I haven't posted any of their names as living ...

MarieCeleste

MarieCeleste Report 7 Apr 2013 19:30

No, just curious because I didn't come across them.

Didn't realise you already had worldwide access.

Mark

Mark Report 7 Apr 2013 19:27

I'm puzzled as to why you thought she'd never married when, apart from the detail I posted above, the marriage is on FreeBMD:

Surname First name(s) Spouse District Vol Page
Marriages Mar 1922
Barford Mary Crompton Leigh 8c 269
CROMPTON Thomas Barford Leigh 8c 269

You can also find Dorothy's birth on there and that of a possible sister.
